The SERS intensity ( A ) and A620/A528 ( B ) of dual-signal output aptamer sensor for blank, ABA, GA3, VC, Ethylene, and β-Car. The concentration of ABA was 2 µM, while other interfering molecules were 10 µM. Error bars show the standard deviation of three repeated experiments.
